The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. Cesi Pagano & Associates Team are the very BEST.
This is the second home sale we have entrusted them with & each time they handled it with great professionalism & care. In the thick of COVID we asked Cesi for advice about the current house market & how the selling is carried out in the middle of COVID. Cesi gave us very sound advice on what to expect with home pricing & the expected escrow costs, plus the selling process & how they would handle the showing of our property. All of her advice was very practical & factual & we had no surprises. Cesi found us an excellent Buyer & during the Escrow period kept us fully informed of the process. Cesi is very much a "people" person & has a great Team behind her to help set up the advertising, arrange appointments with us, & take care of the paperwork. One thing we did have to be persuaded to do was to have our home Staged. It works ! It greatly helped with showing our home in the best light in the photos that end up on line.
